What Modbus registers contain the humidity and temperature values?

Humidity value (%RH): holding register 4097 (hex: 0x1001), 2 registers, FLOAT32. Temperature value (°C): holding register 4099 (hex: 0x1003), 2 registers, FLOAT32.
