I have connected the ITP16 but it doesn’t switch on, what should I check?

The ITP16 needs an auxiliary voltage supply of 24 V DC, so please ensure you have provided it.

If the display still doesn’t function, check if the polarity of the voltage connection is correct.

Check the wiring. A wire may be loose or not connected to the corresponding terminal.
