Investor/End-User: Ministry of Justice, Republic of Serbia

System Integrator: “Dedita” doo — Belgrade

Object: Boiler Room Facility, Kruševac

Year of Implementation: 2026

Industry: HVAC

The project was implemented in 2026 in Serbia for the Ministry of Justice. System integration was carried out by Dedita d.o.o., Belgrade, covering the boiler room of the facility complex.

The automation system was applied to the boiler room and is responsible for managing core processes. Its primary functions include automatic boiler start-up based on time and measured outdoor air temperature, acquisition of operational data, and remote monitoring of the installation. The control logic ensures that boilers are activated only when defined conditions are met, maintaining stable and efficient operating regimes.

The system measures water temperatures and pressures, as well as the operating status of boilers and circulation pumps. Based on these inputs, controllers manage boiler start-up and enable structured data collection for supervisory purposes and long-term analysis.

The installed solution includes two akYtec PR200 controllers and one PRM.230 expansion module. It is integrated with third-party temperature sensors and pressure transmitters. Compatibility between akYtec devices and external components ensured consistent integration within the existing thermotechnical infrastructure.

The project goals were achieved, providing reliable control, data acquisition, and remote monitoring within a unified and stable system.
