What akYtec will present

PLC systems for advanced automation

Visitors will be able to explore the newest akYtec PLC families used in pumping stations, filtration systems, wastewater plants, and centralized monitoring:

  • SPC210 – a controller with integrated HMI (7" / 10.2"), CODESYS V3.5, Modbus TCP/RTU/ASCII, MQTT, OPC UA, SNMP, Ethernet, RS-485, and direct akYtec Cloud connectivity.
  • PLC210 – a high-performance CODESYS controller with digital and analog I/Os, 8 GB ROM, 2 GB RAM, suitable for large automation systems and demanding tasks.

Both families are prepared for modern SCADA environments, cloud integration, and distributed control architectures.

Mini-PLCs and programmable relays
(PR100, PR200, PR205, PR225)

These compact controllers are widely used in smaller water-treatment systems, dosing stations, valve control, and reservoir monitoring. They support:

  • Free ALP software (IEC 61131-3 FBD/ST)
  • Universal input architecture
  • Built-in analog outputs
  • Optional graphic display (PR205/PR225)
  • Wide supply-voltage options

ALP includes simulation tools, macro creation, an ST editor, and Replication Master for generating standalone executable files.

Process controllers (2TCR1, TCR10)

Designed for stable and precise regulation in water-treatment and industrial thermal applications:

  • 2TCR1: dual-channel On/Off controller with Modbus RTU and USB-C setup
  • TCR10: controller supporting temperature, current, voltage, RTD, and thermocouple inputs, with multiple regulation modes including PID and heating/cooling control

Suitable for chemical dosing, heater management, drying systems, climate chambers, and other controlled processes.

I/O Modules

akYtec provides two main series of modules for expanding PLC-based control systems:

  • Mx110 (RS-485) — modules for Modbus RTU/ASCII networks, ideal for decentralized installations and field cabinets
  • Mx210 (Ethernet) — modules supporting Modbus TCP, MQTT, and SNMP over Ethernet, designed for networked and cloud-ready systems

The range includes DI, DO, AI, AO, and universal modules. All units are DIN-rail-mountable and suitable for pumping stations, measurement points, and remote automation sites.

Communication Devices

Our communication devices ensure reliable data exchange between field equipment, controllers, and monitoring systems across industrial networks:

  • IC4-M (USB RS-485 Converter) – bidirectional conversion between USB and RS-485
  • MBC-24.x (Modbus TCP/RTU/ASCII Gateway) – protocol conversion between serial Modbus and Modbus TCP (Ethernet/Wi-Fi)
  • akYtec Cloud Gateways (GE-24-Cloud, GG-24-Cloud, GW-24-Cloud) – connect RS-485 devices to akYtec Cloud using Ethernet or Wi-Fi
  • NS5-24 (Industrial Switch) – 5-port unmanaged switch for reliable data flow in harsh environments

These devices are essential for integrating legacy equipment with modern PLC and SCADA systems, extending communication distances, and enabling efficient data transfer to cloud platforms such as akYtec Cloud.

Panel meters (ITP & SMI series)

Industrial displays for monitoring pressure, flow, temperature, level, and electrical parameters:

  • ITP15-M, ITP17, SMI2-M, and others
  • IP65 front protection
  • Color-configurable display
  • Modbus communication and USB setup
  • -40…+60 °C operating range

Their robust design ensures reliable operation in demanding environments and outdoor housings.

LoRaWAN devices for long-distance monitoring
(CI200-LW, CI201-LW, IC200 series)

These devices support long-range data acquisition where cabling is difficult or costly:

  • Pulse counting
  • M-Bus or Modbus RTU integration
  • Battery or external power supply
  • -40…+85 °C operating range
  • IP65 enclosures

They are ideal for remote reservoirs, pipeline monitoring, metering, and distributed pumping systems.

akYtec Cloud platform

A browser-based system for remote monitoring and control of akYtec and third-party devices. It provides:

  • Live dashboards (tables, charts, diagrams)
  • 90-day data storage
  • Automatic notifications (email, Telegram)
  • XLSX export
  • Built-in virtual PLC (Structured Text)

Used for supervisory control in pumping stations, water-supply networks, treatment lines, and other distributed installations.

akYtec ALP software

A free programming environment for Mini-PLCs and programmable relays. ALP supports FBD/ST programming, macro creation, ST functions, offline simulation, and on-device debugging. A complete ALP course is available on YouTube, and our support team can assist with algorithm development.
