Digital displays

Our universally applicable configurable digital displays are distinguished by their compact design and a unique enclosure. The T shaped enclosure combines both a sizeable screen and a very convenient mounting solution.

All process displays from akYtec, except the wall-mount version, allow them to be mounted in a 22.5 mm cutout for standard indicator lights or push buttons. The akYtec’s process displays do not require any additional screws and specific rectangular cutouts, which makes their installation on a control panel or at a control cabinet door fast, simple, and convenient. Concerning the wall-mount version, the ITP11-W loop-powered digital display, it has a universal enclosure which can also be snapped onto a DIN rail or mounted on a tube.

The rectangular 48x26mm front of these process displays is rated IP65 and is big enough to display characters 14mm tall. Up to four 7-segment digits can be displayed either with red or green LEDs, depending on the device variant.

The akYtec process displays differ by the signal types they support. You can choose from a wide range of different signals, 4-20 mA, 0-10 V, RTD, TC, etc., using the following quick selection guide of our digital displays:

Besides signal scaling and visualization, these programmable digital displays support for many other useful functions, such as adjustable decimal point position, square root function, digital filter, i.e. setting the filter time constant, alarm function, error indication, etc. Moreover, two device models, namely the ITP14 universal process display and the ITP16 temperature display, feature an NPN transistor output which can be used to implement an on-off control of a low voltage relay up to 42 VDC / 200 mA

    The ITP14 is a universally-applicable process display for monitoring and control of industrial processes. This display features a digital output and a configurable analog input. The NPN transistor output can control a load up to 42 V DC / 200 mA, which makes it possible to implement ON/OFF control. The input can be set either for voltage signals (0-10 V and others) or for current signals (4-20 mA and others).   • ITP16 Temperature indicator
    The ITP16 is a temperature indicator for monitoring and control of industrial processes. This display features a digital output and a configurable analog input. The device can process linear voltage signals, signals from various RTDs (Pt100, Pt1000, and others) or thermocouples (K, J, and others). The NPN transistor output can control a load up to 200 mA / 42 V DC, which makes it possible to implement on-off control. This output can also be used as an alarm output. This device has a compact, standardised design and fits into a standard 22.5 mm borehole for signal lamps.     The ITP11 Process Indicator 4-20 mA is a universal process display for monitoring industrial processes. This digital process meter is ideally suited for quick and convenient developing of visualization systems for various applications, e.g., water supply or thermal processing. The digital display ITP11 can serve both as a useful additional display of the measured values on site and as a part of a sophisticated visualization.
